Article Spreadsheet

This is the spreadsheet that keeps track of all of the articles you post and whether or not you met the requirements or on pace to do so. It is updated daily and the previous upload date will be changed to when the spreadsheet was last uploaded.

Failure to meet the requirements will result in the WRITER’S POLICY determining what happens to you next, depending on how many times you have failed to do so. This is non-negotiable, unless you tell me beforehand that you will be on vacation or something, in which case the requirements will be adjusted accordingly.

How to read the spreadsheet:

  • Column B: This is just a numbered list to keep track of how many writers for SportsPress there are/have been.
  • Column C: This shows you where you rank on number of all-time articles on SportsPress among other writers.
  • Column D: This is your first name.
  • Column E: This is your last name.
  • Column F: This is how many total articles you have posted on SportsPress.
  • Column G: This is the average number of articles that you post per week since joining SportsPress.
  • Column H: This is the average number of articles that you post per day since joining SportsPress.
  • Column I: This is the average number of days it takes you to post one article on SportsPress.
  • Column J: This is the average number of hours it takes you to post one article on SportsPress.
  • Column K: This is the average number of minutes it takes you to post one article on SportsPress.
  • Column L: This is the average number of seconds it takes you to post one article on SportsPress.
  • Column M: This is the percentage of articles on SportsPress that you have written.
  • Column N: This is the percentage of articles on SportsPress written by writers that are currently active that you have written.
  • Column O: This date is the last time you published an article on SportsPress.
  • Column P: This is how many days ago you last published an article on SportsPress.
  • Column Q: This is how many articles you have published on SportsPress during the current month.
  • Column R: This is how many more articles you must publish on SportsPress before the end of the month to avoid being cut.
  • Column S: This is the percentage of articles published on SportsPress during the current month that you have written.
  • Column T: This is the number of articles you are on pace to publish on SportsPress in total from the start of the current month to the end of the current month.
  • Column U: This is the number of strikes you have on SportsPress (for various reasons).
  • Column V: This is the number of days completed in the current month.
  • Column W: This is the number of days left until the current month is complete.
  • Column X: This is the starting date of the current month.
  • Column Y: This is the ending date of the current month.
  • Column Z: This is today’s date.
  • Column AA: This was your score on your grammar test.
  • Column AB: This is the earliest date at which you may get back to writing for SportsPress where your articles count as 1 towards the posting requirement instead of 0.5 if you have been cut (typically the date is a week after you have been cut).
  • Column AD: This tells you what each of the colors mean (in reference to the color of the cell with your name in it and the color of the cell with your amount of articles posted on SportsPress in it).
