The MLB season 2016 has finally almost come to a close. There are about 25 games left for each team. For tight layoff races like the American League East, these last few games will shape the playoff picture. Going into the weekend of Saturday, September 10th, the Red Sox are facing the fierce Blue Jays in Toronto for a 3-game series to decide who takes sole possession of first place in the division. While the Blue Jays and Red Sox are deciding first place, the Orioles and Tigers will be deciding the final wild card spot during their 3-game series in Detroit. The Yankees, who are only 2.5 games out of the wild card spot, will be playing the Tampa Bay Rays in a highly winnable series with the top of their pitching rotation on display.
