The Miami Heat and shooting guard Wayne Ellington have agreed to a 2-year, $12 million contract.

Ellington, 28, has been in the NBA for 7 seasons and has played for 6 different teams. He is coming off of a season in which he played in 76 games and averaged 21.3 minutes per game, 7.7 points per game, 2.3 rebounds per game, 1.1 assists per game, 0.1 blocks per game, and 0.6 steals per game.
