The Atlanta Hawks have just made things interesting by trading away point guard Jeff Teague to the Indiana Pacers, who sent George Hill packing his bags and moving from the Pacers to the Utah Jazz.
This trade also includes Utah’s No. 12 overall draft selection heading to Atlanta. All of this has been first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of “The Vertical.” It has also been reported that once Jeff Teague officially joins Indiana’s squad, there will be a fresh new contract offered to him. There has been no official report yet on how much money would be offered.
Teague, who is now 28 years old, has played with the Atlanta Hawks in all of his seven years in the NBA, but a fresh start may be just what he needs if he wants to continue to be a star in the league.
